Do I need a booking prior to arrival?
Yes, you need to make a reservation via our booking link prior to arrival. We are unable to make reservations for activities on the day, they must be booked at least 2 days in advance. If you need to make a last-minute reservation, please contact us directly - info@redbankstas.com.au
When booking online, do I have to pay for everyone up front?
No, the price you pay online will be a deposit worth one person’s entry. All other guests will be required to pay at check-in on the day.
What happens if I’m late?
While your booking will proceed as planned, please note that we will still need to conclude your session at the scheduled time. As a result, there is a possibility that certain activities may not be accommodated within the allotted timeframe.

I need to make a change to my booking. How do I do that?

Will I get a refund of my deposit if I cancel?
All online bookings will pay a deposit worth one person’s entry.
This deposit is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation.
What happens if it’s raining?
The show goes on! All our activities are under cover - rain won’t affect your day out at Redbanks.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Make sure to rug up if it’s chilly!
Can I bring my own guns?
Unfortunately, you can not bring your own guns to Redbanks. We have a high-quality range of firearms and equipment.
Is there food at the venue?
Our kitchen can cater for groups of over 10 people for lunch if you make a prior reservation, otherwise, we do not have food available on site. You’re more than welcome to bring your own lunch (BBQ facilities available). If you would like to make a reservation for lunch, please email us on info@redbankstas.com.au
Can I pre-drink prior to arrival?
No - you will be refused entry to our activities if you do not have a 0.00 blood alcohol level. We have a bar at our lodge where you can grab a drink after your activities, however, to handle firearms you must have no alcohol in your system. This includes paintball.
Is it BYO?
No - but we do have a fully stocked bar which is open for every pre-booking.
Paintball FAQs

To play, you must be at least 16 years of age. No exceptions.

We recommend wearing old, comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty or possibly torn during the game. You can bring a change of clothes for after the game if you'd like. As for footwear, light boots or old trainers are suitable. We provide a camouflage battle suit to be worn over your clothes.

Allow around 2 hours for your paintball session, plus some more if you’d like to kick back in the bar afterwards

Each paintball session typically consists of 3-4 games, although the number of games may vary depending on the pace of each game.

To ensure everyone's safety, Redbanks Paintball strictly prohibits any alcohol or drug use before or during gameplay. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding this and require all participants to have 0.0 blood alcohol level to play. No exceptions will be made.

The duration of 300 paintballs varies based on your trigger finger's happiness level and may last for one to three rounds.

A minimum of 8 people are needed to book a group session. We can accommodate groups of up to 50 people at once.

If you're unsure of the exact number of players for your paintball event, you can still secure your desired date by booking for the number of confirmed players. You can then add additional players to your booking later or on the day. This way, you won't miss out on your preferred date and you can still accommodate any extra players.

Yes. You can wear glasses under the masks, but the level of comfort may vary based on the size of your frames.

You won’t rust!
All our game zones are located outdoors, but don't worry, we have sheltered areas and lockers available in the base camp where you can store your gear safely between games. -

While getting hit by a paintball can be uncomfortable, it is a safe and enjoyable sport when played responsibly. At our facility, we require all players to wear protective gear and follow strict safety rules to minimise the risk of injury.
