Obstacle courses can include running, climbing, jumping, crawling, swimming, and balancing elements including slipping, sliding, much groaning, falling, awkward walks and those moments that "your mates" will never let you forget. Bum cracks, open fly's and those expressions that you didn't think your face was capable of making. Yep! It all happens in the obstacle course.
