Minimum of 25% of total package to be paid at time of booking.
60 days prior to the event – 25% of deposit fee
45 days prior to the event – 50% of deposit fee
30 days prior to the event – 100% of deposit fee
Final payment to be made no later than 7 days prior to the function.
To be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event. The account will be charged at the final number confirmed with the exception of an increase in numbers.
We shall have no liability whatsoever to you or any other person in relation to your use of the venue.
All participants are required to complete a waiver form if participating in Redbanks activities. All persons participating in shooting activities who do not hold a firearms license are required to complete a Range Use Register (provided by the owner).
You will be liable to us and indemnify us against any loss or liability we may suffer in connection with your use of the venue or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
You will comply with all reasonable instructions of any of our staff members in relation to your use of the venue and when participating in the activities.
You acknowledge that we are committed to the responsible service and supply of alcoholic beverages. You agree to ensure that the consumption of alcoholic beverages at your function is done responsibly and that no alcoholic beverages will be supplied to any person under the age of 18 years.
